A centralized calculation system to which the electoral district committees and the central election committees submit their results of the elections. Dataregister on every people that are entitled to vote. A voting register is set up for each election and a card is sent to every one as a proof of the persons right to vote in the elections. This dataregister is used at the polling stations on the election day. After the election this register is destroyed.
