How much has happened during this year with a new goverment in Sweden?

Lots of things jhave actually changed but the most obvious one is taht the swedish unemployment is at a all time low. Most of the respected journalists and scientists claim that this is much due to the expectations of the new goverment. Much more so than from effects of actual changes in policy which wouldn't have such a fast impact even if the are stimulating for the market.
